Strategic targets related to personnel
One of the key targets for 2019 was the reputation of HUS as an employer. The indicator for this was how many HUS employees would recommend HUS as an employer; 70% of the employees would recommend HUS as an employer. The percentage of employees willing to recommend HUS decreased by 5 percentage points on the previous year (the goal being 85%).
Long-term improvement of the employer profile of HUS and standing out from rivals is a long-term challenge. This is recognized in the new HUS Strategy. One of it five strategic goals is: We are the best community for learning, undertaking research and doing meaningful work.
It is a strategic target for 2020 that the percentage of employees willing to recommend HUS as an employer will grow by 5 percentage points on the previous year.
Employee commitment is monitored through exit turnover reports.
